Christ Church Episcopal and MHSA partner to continue critical services.
Dear Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry Patron,
We are pleased to inform you that Middlesex Human Services Agency (MHSA) has found a new home for our Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry, and these services will start at the new location beginning on Monday, October 16th. All services will continue without interruption.
Friday, October 13th will be our last day of operation at the Immanuel United Methodist Church at 545 Moody St. in Waltham. This is by mutual agreement with church leadership, and we are deeply grateful that they shared their church with us for the past 18+ years!
Monday October 16th will be the first day in our new location at Christ Church Episcopal at 750 Main St. in Waltham. Many in Waltham refer to this as the “stone church.” We thank our new partners for offering to share their church with MHSA, allowing us to continue to provide these essential programs, and we look forward to a long-term partnership.
While there will be no interruption in service for the Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry, we do ask for your patience and support during this transition. We will work to adapt to the new surroundings as quickly as possible. We are committed to continuing to provide nutritious food to anyone in need of our support, as we have done for more than 45 years.
Sincerely,
Robert Mills
